Slackware-14.1 packages for iOS

I had problems to communicate with my iOS-7 device (ipad-2) with the version provided from slackbuilds.org, but I managed to work fine with ifuse and the packages that I provide here.

run usbmuxd as root an then all the other programs > idevicepair e.t.c.
